Job summary

RedLion Mobility is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to join our Georgetown, TX stores and help residential customers connect to fiber Internet, mobile, TV, and voice services.

You will engage customers, present telecom products, and work toward sales goals while earning a base pay plus monthly commissions. The position requires 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to travel within a 35-mile radius as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, or retail sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation.
• Experience approaching walk-in customers is a plus.
• Experience explaining pricing and promotions clearly is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States is a plus.

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Pay: $13/hour + monthly commission

Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Total Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
