Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our fast-growing team. In this role you will greet customers, explain telecom plans, and help customers choose mobile, internet, and TV services.

You will meet sales goals, participate in product training, and earn monthly commissions. The position requires reliability, ability to stand long hours, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills are a plus.

This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: $13/hour + monthly commission
Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Total Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
