New Balance in Grapevine Mills, TX is seeking Retail Sale Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge, guiding customers through the shopping journey and closing sales with confidence.

You will maintain a clean, well-stocked floor, assist with fitting and labeling, and participate in promotions while complying with safety standards. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service using proper selling techniques.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits and assist with fitting and selection.
• Process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and closing procedures.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well stocked with labeled items.
