Educated with expert product knowledge, they utilize proper selling techniques to assist customers throughout every step of the transaction process, always positively representing the New Balance brand.

You will greet customers, assess needs, explain features, process sales, and keep the floor neat and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• People person with strong service orientation.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration in a store setting.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and initiate contact.
