Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service at the store entrance and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and exceed sales targets; track selling skills and performance.
• Uphold company policies and procedures from the operations and customer service manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise per the knowledge manual to drive sales.
• Communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics; protect company assets and manage fraud risk.
