Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as highlighted in the manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per knowledge manual.
• Aim to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and prevent fraud by following internal controls.
