In this role, you will greet customers, guide product choices, and ensure floors are neat and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions running.
• Keep the floor neat, organized and well stocked.
• Label and price items accurately.
• Monitor security and report shrinkage or violations.
• Follow safety regulations and lifting procedures.
