Job summary

New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates to keep stores running smoothly and deliver outstanding customer service. You will use product knowledge to assist customers throughout the purchase process and represent the New Balance brand in every interaction.

Role involves helping customers find the right NB products, explaining features, and opening up opportunities for additional sales while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor. Flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Understand the customer's needs and educate on features and benefits.
• Assist customers through every step of the transaction process.
• Transact sales with suggestive and multiple selling, and close deals.
• Accurately measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and ensure floor looks neat and stocked.
