Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring a retail associate for our Pasadena, TX store to provide exceptional customer service and support sales, credit applications, and cash handling. The role involves processing transactions, meeting KPI targets, and assisting with opening/closing duties.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position at our Texas location.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
