Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented associate in the United States to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will process orders, handle cash with accuracy, and support store operations including opening/closing procedures.

The role emphasizes meeting targets, maintaining inventory controls, and contributing to a positive customer experience at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
