Quality Talent Group is seeking an in-store Customer Service Associate for a major retailer in Georgetown, Texas. You will provide outstanding service to every customer and assist with sales orders, cash handling, and financing inquiries, while meeting KPI targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
