Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a busy retail environment. You will process sales orders, handle cash, and support opening/closing procedures, while maintaining accuracy and a welcoming presence for guests.

Qualifications include being legally eligible to work in the US, at least 18, and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, and the role requires lifting up to 25

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
