Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service focused associate to join our retail team in the United States. You will provide outstanding service to every customer and guest, process sales orders accurately, and assist with credit applications and financing matters while working toward sales goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
