Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our team in the US. You will deliver outstanding service, process sales, and help with store operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are 18+, and legally authorized to work in the US; there is a lifting requirement up to 25 lbs. This role emphasizes achieving sales goals and cash handling in daily KPIs, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
