Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate to uphold our service standards, help customers, and support store operations. You will lead by example, process transactions, and ensure accuracy of cash handling in line with policy.

You will promote the rewards program, stay knowledgeable about promotions and merchandise, maintain visual presentation, assist in inventories, and collaborate with store management and colleagues to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Formación

• Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers and staff.
• Basic verbal and non-verbal communication, organization, and math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
• Basic knowledge of the policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising skills and an understanding of store presentation standards.
• Awareness of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff members.

Responsabilidades

• Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers through service standards.
• Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well arranged and merchandised properly.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention concerns.
• Participate in inventories, assist in shipping/receiving, and assist with merchandise placement on the sales floor.
• Process transactions in accordance with policy and ensure shoes are checked for mates.
