Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a motivated team member to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers find the right footwear, maintain stock and merchandising standards, and process transactions at the POS with accuracy.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math, and familiarity with store policies. Experience in specialty footwear retail is a plus, with opportunities to grow within store leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
• Basic knowledge of the policies and procedures.
• Basic communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers through awareness and company service standards.
• Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock organization.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness among staff and customers.
• Participate in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement on the sales floor.
• Process all sales through the POS and ensure shoes are matched correctly.
