Rack Room Shoes is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an exceptional shopping experience at our Naples, FL store. You will meet sales goals, model professional conduct, and help maintain store standards while handling transactions accurately.

Responsibilities include promoting current promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation, and contributing to inventory and loss-prevention efforts. Prior retail experience, especially in footwear, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees.
• Good verbal and non-verbal communication; organized and has math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or specialty retail.
• Familiarity with store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers by adhering to service standards.
• Maintain awareness of current sales promotions and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure stock is well organized and merchandised; keep areas clean and orderly.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be aware of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
• Participate in inventories, assist in shipping/receiving, and help with merchandise placement on the floor.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately, ensuring shoes are paired correctly.
