Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills needed to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic communication skills in speaking and listening.

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
• Basic knowledge of store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers and maintain service standards.
• Be aware of current sales promotions and participate in promotions.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising, stock, cleanliness and organization.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills for customers.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention concerns with customers and staff.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandising on the floor.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately and ensure shoes are matched.
