Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers in line with service standards.
• Assist with promotions and loyalty programs and stay informed on current promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is neatly arranged and displayed.
• Develop product knowledge and basic fitting skills for customers.
• Support loss prevention efforts and participate in inventories and shipping/receiving as needed.
• Process sales at the register following policy; verify mate shoes and complete transactions.
