Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for in-store support at Arizona Mills. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience while aiding with stocking, merchandising, and store upkeep.

Part-time associates may access medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k) match, merchandise discounts, PTO, and parental leave. Candidates should be available nights and weekends and pass standard safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Must meet availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow policies for safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other duties as directed.
