FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Full-Time Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. Earn $13.00 to $17.00 per hour, plus commission on transactions and potential for wage advances.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task successfully.
• Willing to learn firearms certification where applicable.
• Minimum age 18 years; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering financial solutions and product information.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures and maintain floors.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items accurately and securely.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions.
• Coordinate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as needed.
