Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for nationwide pawn store locations. The role offers an hourly wage of $12.00–$16.00 plus an easily achievable commission on transactions, with potential to earn additional income beyond base pay.

Commission plan ranges from 2–8% based on personal performance, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, earned wage access, 401(k) enrollment after six months, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Firearms knowledge or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise.
• Process sales and loans per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Work with team to provide positive customer experience.
