Job summary

FirstCash is hiring an entry‑level, full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with jewelry and general merchandise.

Compensation starts at $13.00–$16.00 per hour, with an achievable commission up to 8% of transactions and potential add‑on earnings. Benefits include health/dental/vision, paid vacation, Earned Wage Access, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to meet flexible retail scheduling including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and display merchandise.
• Process cash, checks and electronic payments per policy.
