Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring a customer-focused retail associate to deliver outstanding service and drive sales on the shop floor. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products.

Responsibilities include processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications as needed, meeting KPI targets, and supporting opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation. This role also requires US work authorization, being 18+, and ideally a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 LBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
