Quality Talent Group is seeking a frontline associate in the United States to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. The role involves processing sales orders, handling cash, and assisting customers with financing as needed.

You will contribute to meeting store goals while supporting opening and closing duties and compliance with cash procedures. This position emphasizes reliable, friendly service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
