Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a customer-focused retail associate to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in-store. You will process orders accurately, meet KPI targets, and assist with opening and closing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, and have a HS diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, with a willingness to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI's and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
