Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable with POS systems and casual tech usage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build authentic relationships with guests.
• Share POP MART’s story, artist collaborations, and product collections as a brand ambassador.
• Educate customers on collectibles, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and new launches.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and achieving store goals.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately.
