Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Provide courteous customer service: greeting, fitting room policy adherence, timely ringing, and thanking customers.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear name tag.
• Assist management in merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist Store Manager with Loss Prevention and report incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
