Job summary

Elements Massage Ridgefield is seeking a friendly, outgoing Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to lead sales and service for potential clients and current members. You will inform clients about the Wellness Program, enroll them, and ensure a smooth checkout and hospitality experience.

The role emphasizes listening to clients, delivering outstanding service, and collaborating with therapists and staff to create a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 15 hours per week, including nights and/or weekend shifts.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like environment is preferred; hospitality and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program.
• Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work as a team with the Manager, Massage Therapists and Estheticians to create an environment where clients are the center of the world.

Elements Massage Ridgefield is looking for a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage and facial experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.

• Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan
• Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program
• Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
• Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
• Working as a team with our Manager, Massage Therapists and Estheticians to create an environment where clients are the center of the world

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 15/hr a week which includes coverage during nights and/or weekend shifts
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
