Elements Massage studio in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor to greet clients, promote our wellness programs, and provide exceptional customer service in a calm, spa-like setting. You will schedule appointments, handle phone calls, and process payments while helping to deliver personalized guest experiences.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, strong listening skills, and reliability to maintain an organized front desk in a wellness-focused team.

Qualifications

• Past retail sales or membership sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality customer service is a plus.
• Comfort with scheduling and payment software systems.

What You’ll Do

• Follow our proven sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program and build client loyalty
• Greet clients and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process payments
• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized experiences
• Turn client concerns into positive, solution-focused experiences
• Help maintain a clean, organized, spa-like environment
