Job summary

Elements Massage in Boise and Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Receptionist who thrives on sales, customer service, and creating outstanding client experiences. This role focuses on wellness membership sales and delivering a welcoming, professional atmosphere both in person and over the phone.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of sales or hospitality experience, is goal-oriented, and enjoys bonus-based incentives.

• Is goal-oriented and motivated by performance and earning bonuses.
• Communicates confidently, listens actively, and enjoys building relationships.
• Is coachable, accountable, and eager to improve sales skills.
• Works well on a team and can learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive wellness membership sales by confidently presenting and enrolling clients in our flexible, month-to-month Wellness Program.
• Achieve sales goals by improving membership conversion, building client loyalty, and contributing to overall studio growth.
• Build client relationships by listening to needs, communicating value, and confidently overcoming sales objections.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating a welcoming, professional experience in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointments, paperwork, and payments accurately while collaborating with managers and service providers to support studio success.

Position Details

• Pay: $15–$17 per hour, plus monthly bonuses
• Hours: 18–36 per week
• Availability: Evenings and weekends required
