Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a dynamic retail sales-minded professional to lead client engagement and wellness program enrollment. You will guide clients through our proven sales process, educate them on the Elements Wellness Program, and cultivate long-term relationships while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Our success is built on the Elements Wellness Program, and we believe in recognizing and rewarding our team when goals are achieved. In addition to competitive pay, team members earn commission on wellness plan sales, with the potential to make $500+ in monthly incentives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Duties

• Create an exceptional customer experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors
• Educate clients on the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, our simple, hassle-free membership
• Confidently follow our proven sales process to enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program
• Serve as both the first and last impression of the studio, delivering warm, professional hospitality in person and over the phone
• Ensure all appointment paperwork and payment processing is accurate, efficient, and seamless
• Collaborate with Managers and Service Providers to maintain a supportive, team-driven environment where the client experience is always the top priority

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills and comfort using booking or POS systems
