Job summary

Elements Massage Frisco is looking for an extroverted, high-energy team member to be a key holder. The role emphasizes hospitality, 50+ outbound calls daily, and helping members understand membership benefits and upgrades.

You’ll join a friendly, independently owned studio with great pay, a strong team culture, and opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable, on-time and a team player.
• Very friendly, polished, and professional demeanor with superb communication.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls (50+ per day) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: 50+ per day.
• Provide hospitality to clients with a polished, professional approach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members.
• Assist with sales of memberships and upgrades.
• Use a consultative selling approach to educate potential members and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of member information.
• Provide information on membership benefits and services.
• Assist with development of membership programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: 50+ per day.


• Polished and professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Experience providing top-notch hospitality to clients.


• Develop and maintain relationships with members.


• Assist with sales of memberships, massage upgrades.


• Follow a consultative selling approach while showing empathy, educating the potential member on the benefits of membership, overcoming objections, and closing sales.


• Maintain accurate records of member information.


• Provide information on membership benefits and services.


• Assist with the development of membership programs and initiatives.


• Housekeeping items: laundry, folding, maintaining a clean environment

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic: reliable, always early/on-time, does not call off work, friendly, team player


• Must have high energy, be very friendly, polished and professional.


• Prior experience with high volume 50+ outbound sales calls is a plus.


• Someone who LOVES to strike up conversations with people and get to know client needs


• Superb communication skills


• Extra attention to detail and very organized


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks


• To perform this job successfully, this individual must have strong computer skills with the ability to pickup on new software applications such as: MindBody, MS Excel, Word, etc.


• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
