Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Call out prices during checkout and bag merchandise.
• Handle cash, checks, and cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance (name tag).
• Assist with merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support Loss Prevention and report theft or incidents.
