Quality Talent Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate on Mercer Island, WA to deliver outstanding service to customers and guests in a busy retail setting. You will process sales orders, assist with financing matters when needed, and help ensure cash handling accuracy.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals and adhering to KPI expectations, with involvement in opening and closing store activities. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
