Quality Talent Group in Bremerton, WA is seeking a customer service–oriented retail associate to assist shoppers and process transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment, delivering friendly, consistent service. You will support inventory control and loss prevention, help with opening and closing procedures, strive to meet or exceed sales goals, and maintain accurate cash handling.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, legally authorized to work in the US, with a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
