Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate at our Bainbridge Island location to deliver outstanding service and support retail customers. You will process sales orders, assist with financing matters, and help customers find the right products, while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and daily operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, meeting sales goals, and contributing to a positive store experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
