Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Washington state is seeking a customer service-focused team member to provide outstanding service for every customer and guest. You will process sales orders accurately, adhere to cash handling protocols, and assist customers with credit applications as needed.

This role supports achieving sales goals and participating in store opening/closing activities, with emphasis on adapting to KPI targets and providing a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
