Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Washington state is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service to every guest, accurately process sales orders, and support inventory management. This role requires the ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will meet and exceed sales goals, adhere to cash handling protocols, assist with opening and closing duties, and participate in loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
