Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Washington state is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver an outstanding service experience for every customer and guest, and to accurately process sales orders.

The role requires eligibility to work in the US, at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and roughly 1 year of customer service or sales experience; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; and a chance to contribute to achieving sales goals and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
