Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated retail associate to deliver outstanding service and guest experiences at our Bothell, WA store. You will help customers choose products, process transactions, and support daily store operations.

The role requires friendly communication, accuracy with cash handling, and a willingness to assist with credit applications and financing matters. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, with a focus on achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
