Job summary

The Children's Place in Auburn, MA is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team and achieve company goals. You will model excellent customer service with product knowledge and effective selling techniques, while maintaining merchandise presentation, replenishment, and store cleanliness.

You will greet customers, communicate promotions, assist with stock and signage, and help ensure a safe environment. Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service with effective communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while delivering appropriate service.
• Communicate value of merchandise and promotions, solving out-of-stock issues when needed.
• Reach and maintain stock levels, ensuring size and style representation.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and keep a clean, safe store environment.
• Assist with stock processing and operating in the cashwrap area.
