Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Mall Of Georgia Express store. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and more.

The role requires high school education, 0–2 years experience, and proficiency with iPad/registers; availability includes nights and weekends. Part-time roles include Express merchandise discounts and eligibility for select benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches and changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience and deliver on the customer service model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed, communicating outcomes to management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
