This role requires a proactive, reliable team member who can handle transactions, balance the cash register, support loss prevention, and work with store management to meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight and price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to policy.
• Bags merchandise and handles payments.
• Handles cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns and refunds.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provides excellent customer service, greets customers, and invites return.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains professional appearance.
• Assists management in merchandising and stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies.
• Supports loss prevention under Store Manager.
