Job summary

New Balance is seeking Retail Sales Associates in Columbus, OH to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service. You will educate customers on product features, assist with fittings, and maintain a clean, well-stocked floor while representing the New Balance brand.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work in a team, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep floor neat and stocked.
• Attach/detach security tags and monitor floor merchandise.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents.
• Transact sales and complete the transaction process.
