Job summary

The Sales Associate will contribute to a positive work culture, engage employees, and support change management within the retail organization. This position reports to Store Management and is based in-store.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise and handles all payments.
• Provides proper customer service and greets customers.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assists management with merchandising and loss prevention procedures.
