Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during customer transactions.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned.
• Provides customer service—greets customers, explains policies, invites return customers.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor based on stock level.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention activities and reports incidents.
• Performs other duties as needed.
