Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register according to company policy.
• Bag merchandise and handle cash, checks, and cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties.
• Provide courteous customer service and adhere to fitting room policies.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report theft or irregularities.
• Assist management with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
