NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the face of the organization in Oak Harbor, WA. You will assist customers, highlight products, and promote the brand while delivering professional, educational, and engaging service.

Responsibilities include staying informed about promotions, performing upsell/cross-sell activities, operating the POS system, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Basic math functions: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and connect with customers.
