Daiso USA in Seattle seeks a Store Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, support store sales, and keep merchandise well-presented. You will process transactions and help create a welcoming shopping environment for every guest.

When on Lead Shift, you assist a Manager by coordinating tasks, guiding teammates, and supporting opening/closing duties while maintaining a positive, customer-focused presence on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to support the shopping experience.
• Upsell through appropriate product recommendations and maintain awareness of new products and promotions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns when able and elevate complaints or sensitive issues to store leadership when necessary.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock merchandise when low or empty.
• Assist with back stockroom organization and set up of merchandise displays on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, checkout area, and back stock area.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, pricing, labeling, and replenishing merchandise.
• Perform routine inventory counts and support inventory management activities as directed.
